its insane how hard i tried to be skinny and how much i admired skinny people
now i realize it always means eaither "im sick" or "im smoking"
and not sick as in i have a flu, sick as in a chronic disease deep inside, or a stress related appetite distorsion.

i used to drink coffee on an empty stomac each day and then wonder why am i so nervous, edgy, depressed and low
