Meditate every morning to clear your mind. Find things you are passionate about and do them often. Get your daily dose of sunshine and explore, it’s spiritual medicine. Forgive easily and don’t hold grudges but don’t surround yourself with negative people either. Read, write, learn, imagine, travel, enjoy the little things that are free and happiness will follow. |
