butt challenge






im up to 35 squats and 25 hip lifts
and lunges i substitute with jumping rope or running
so proud...
every 5 days i have one day pause

day 4: 2200 / 430 / 40 /60
day 5: 1500 / 230 / 55 / 40
day 6: 1500 / 300 / 40 / 40
