the thing is to get 2500 kcal a day - very hard atm for me, money wise and years of unconsious starvation and caffeine addiction, and eating high-fat foods
more than 350 g of carbs a day-because our brain and life depends on it

i am a carbo-hydrate and so are you
i am a cocktail of vitamins and minerals

hitting 1,5 - 2 l of water a day
minimizing the fat intake for 30-40 grams a day, so the cells can recuperate
minimizing salt as well, so the body stops retaining water
