i cant overeat anymore, even if its good quality food
and i cant eat before bed
so ill make a little plan on that now
paolo came yesterday and brought goodies in change for tea, water and juice
also made energy bars that i dispensed all oveer

i had dreams, of ines and other celebrations, of war and carrying
i wasnt asleep for the last couple of hours either
